Whitmans Pond Swans and Cygnets Weymouth

Hello there! We had a lovely day here in Southern New England with temps in the 60's. Dare I say it will be up near 80 degrees the next few days? I'll believe it when I see it, but it looks promising.

I had a wonderful surprise yesterday when I went to check on the nesting swans in Weymouth. I discovered that five cygnets had been born. The happy new family was in the water feeding.

Spring is such a wonderful time of the year. I hope you are starting to have some nice weather in your neck of the woods. This was one of the longest Winters here in New England that I can remember.
