Do you remember the other day when I wrote that I see an apple pie in my future? Well, here it is. I baked an apple crumb pie for dessert today. It was yummy!
The Specs:
Panasonic LX3, ISO 250, 1/30, f2
New England scenes and occasional moments of everyday life
Looks good carol....Now I want apple crisp!!! By the way, did you get the email that I sent on Friday?

ReplyDeleteHere's the pie recipe:
Heat oven to 425
Prepare pastry for a one crust pie.
Prepare the pie filling for a 9 inch apple pie (I can give you the exact recipe if you need it)
Top the pie with the following:
1 c flour
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar until crumbly
Bake 50 minutes
I usually cover with aluminum foil for the first 35 minutes to prevent the crust and topping from buring.
