Miss J reminded me of the fact that I never posted an image for Saturday. oops...I missed a day so I am making up for it now.
I LOVE this picture. I gave it one of the filters I have in post production to give it this dreamy earthy look and I am over the top in love with it. I hope you like it too. Now, some photographers are "purists" and don't believe in using a treatment like this on an image. To each his own. My opinion is that photography is an art, and I as the artist have the right to manipulate and change the image to my own liking. And I like this. A lot. :-)
This next shot is very special to me too. I love this one for the simplicity of the composition.
These 2 images are both good examples of why you should get out there and go shooting, even in the lousy weather. Good things can be found, even on the worst of days.

See, now this is exactly what I'm talking about! I knew you would have some signature Carol Smith, awesome shots to share with us. I doesn't matter what the conditions are you find beauty in your surrounding. I love both these shots....well done, very well done!
