Hull Gut MA

Happy Monday. I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Weather was nice here in Southern New England, and I hope you had nice weather as well. Mr S and I took a ride to Hull yesterday to Hull Gut. We were fortunate to be there to watch a huge tanker go by.

Hull Gut is a narrow channel about 1/2 mile wide and 35 feet deep between Pemberton Point in Hull and Peddock's Island just offshore. It's a place we like to frequent, to enjoy the fresh air and watch the boats go by. It's also a good place to go fishing (or to watch the people fishing)

A police boat followed the tanker through the gut. You can see it here as it passed by Peddock's Island.

A lovely Summer Sunday! Stay safe and well my friends. xxoo
