During my trip to upper State NY this past Fall, we visited many beautiful waterfalls. One of the largest was Ithaca Falls which has a drop of 150 feet, and a width of 175 feet. The falls can be viewed from the bridge over Lake Street, or there is an easy trail to the right of the bridge that you can take to get to the base of the falls.

The trail to Ithaca Falls was closed due to construction when I was there (spring of 2016). Glad to see you had a chance to get "up close and personal."
