New England Patriots Super Bowl 53 Rally

I went to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro on Sunday morning to see the NE Patriots off as they headed to Atlanta to play in Super Bowl 53. It was a sunny Sunday morning, and Patriots Nation was out in full force to support the team. There were over 35000 of us zealous fans present.

We stayed and hung out after the rally ended.....

Scituate MA Sunrise

Like most of the country, we have had some pretty wild weather here in Southern New England, which has left this area looking like the frozen tundra. I went out to shoot the seasmoke and sunrise yesterday morning in Scituate MA.
The sea smoke was off shore, but you can see it here in these sunrise shots, as the sun was rising above the sea smoke.

Everything around here is covered with ice, including this seaside fence....

I was able to capture the moon before it set off to the West....

It was a very cold and windy morning, with wind chill temperature in the -20's, but I was so happy to be out doing what I love to do.

Ithaca Falls NY/Travel Tuesday

TRAVEL TUESDAY............a day where images taken outside of New England are shown.

During my trip to upper State NY this past Fall, we visited many beautiful waterfalls. One of the largest was Ithaca Falls which has a drop of 150 feet, and a width of 175 feet. The falls can be viewed from the bridge over Lake Street, or there is an easy trail to the right of the bridge that you can take to get to the base of the falls.

Damon's Point Marshfield MA

Mr. S and I went out to dinner last evening at The Bridgeway in Humarock. It's one of our favorite restaurants. We left the house early enough for me to catch the sunset along the way with my camera.

We then stopped at Damon's Point to photograph the birdhouses against the beautiful pastel sky to the East.

Lovely sky, wonderful dinner, perfect company, equals a great evening. I hope you are enjoying your weekend as well.

Weymouth Estuary

I met up with some friends for lunch today, and stopped off at the Estuary in Weymouth with my camera before I met them. It was a gray day, and there wasn't much happening down there. I liked the ice patterns I found....

There wasn't too much wildlife, but I was able to capture these two photos...
