Winter's Return

I've been waiting for the right moment to photograph this scene, and today was the day I finally stopped here with my camera. This old mill/waterfall/river scene is in Lincoln Rhode Island.

I went to Twin River in Rhode Island today with my good friend Marlene to celebrate her birthday (If you remember from last year, this is an annual ritual for us.) We pass by this spot on the way, and each time we go by, I always say that one of these days I want to stop to photograph here. The snow was a welcomed sight and I knew that today would be the day for this scene.
