Winters Last Breath

Today was a day to take advantage of the very minor snow event we had here in Southern New England. Yesterday was a mix of wet snow and rain, which didn't accumulate.......but last night at the very tale end of the storm it changed to all snow.......resulting in a dusting. My first stop this morning was at the Island Grove Pond in Abington to visit the swans. I think swans look extra beautiful in a snowy environment, and was pleased to be able to capture these images.

The pretty poses also made me happy.
