Made the best of a rainy day

I checked out of the inn in Waitsfield and drove back up to meet Mr S in Barton. He missed me while I was gone. :-) It was a rainy day up in the NEK, We took a drive to Island Pond to look for moose, but they were not in the mood to come out and play in the rain I guess. So, we made our way down to East Burke where I did some shooting on Darling Hill Road.........that's where the above photo was taken. We had a nice dinner at the Pub Outback and then headed home for the night. I was beat!
