  1. Carol,

Can you tell me where you took this shot from? I work at the mall weekends and could easily get over there if I knew where there was. I love this shot. Nice job with the sepia tone!

    Thanks,
    Al

  2. Hi Al, I believe it's Washington Street. From the mall head south on Rte 53. Take a left at the lights where 139 intersects (just after Cardinal Cushing School) You will then bear right then bear left and go straight across at the 4 way stop sign (MaryLou's Coffee Shop) I think River St. intersects here. The bridge is about 1 mile up on the right. I know these aren't the best directions, but hope it helps. I've been by here on several occasions but the lighting hasn't been right. This is a morning shot and I was out in that area early this morning so I headed over there to take a few shots. I think it would make a gorgeous winter scene after a fresh snowfall but again, haven't caught it at the right time........yet! :-) Good luck!

  3. You're very welcome Al. To throw a different wrench into the directions, here's an alternate way to get there.
DON'T take the left after Cardinal Cushing School. Go straight through and keep following Rte 53. You actually will drive OVER the bridge that you will be photographing. Take a left onto the street JUST BEFORE the set of lights where you would take a left onto Rte 139. The bridge view is about 1/4 mile down on your left.
