There were separate huts. I think it had been a boys camp years before. At that time, it was run by my father's retired high school math teacher and soccer coach, Jay. He rented - usually weekly - to families during the summer. Nights were cold even in late August. There were rowboats and a floating dock we could swim out to.

I'm wondering if there are any campgrounds or boat rentals on Jobs Pond now. Also, what kind of access road. I'd like to go back and see the place. I can't find anything on the web. Do you have any info, or know anyone I could contact?

Thanks so much for your beautiful photos.
Smiling,
SidSid Kemphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18092261202701016660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346106962380465557.post-6431459018747339412016-10-30T15:55:25.087-04:002016-10-30T15:55:25.087-04:00Hi Kerry,

That's where I shot the first image from.Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10672225941146100688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4346106962380465557.post-37444711823154864452016-10-29T23:01:52.507-04:002016-10-29T23:01:52.507-04:00Really nice work, Carol.

I actually did make it to Jobs Pond on the very last day I was in the area (Oct. 5, the day I transitioned to New Hampshire). All I found was the single public access area (i.e. where you shot the second and third images in your series above).Kerryhttps://lightscapesphotography.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
