Senior Photos at Emery Estate in Weymouth MA

Day 108/365

The Emery Estate in Weymouth was built in 1903 by the prominent Emery family. It was acquired by the town of Weymouth a few years ago, and it still sits in it's run down condition. The town takes care of the lawns and gardens, which are really beautiful. The grounds of the property are open to the public. The house itself was modeled after George Washington's Mount Vernon home. The property sits atop of King Oak Hill with beautiful views of the Boston skyline.

I was asked to do a senior picture session here a few weeks ago. It was the perfect place, and we had a great time walking around the property and shooting photos.

How beautiful is Abby????

So much fun!

Abby has the most beautiful eyes with specks of different colors. Her mother requested an image that would show her beautiful eyes. Just look at how pretty they are!

It was a fun afternoon of shooting such a wonderful girl, and I also really loved exploring The Emery Estate. I hope the town of Weymouth restores the home and it puts it to good use for the public to enjoy.
