A very special day

                         199/365
This was a very long day, but one of the best days I have ever experience photographically. The morning began with me leading an early morning photography tour with 4 photographers from the SOV website. Our first stop was along Rte 5 in Barton for some foggy reflection shots. From there we made several more stops and each place we stopped to photograph, the light got better and better. It turned out to be a wonderful day for photography, and I am really pleased with many of my shots from today.
Yes, I got some pretty good shots today, but that was secondary to the experience I had shooting alongside some very talented photographers who I not only admire and respect their work, but they are my mentors. I met up with Al from Minnesota last year, and this year, not only was I shooting alongside Al again, but I also was shooting alongside my good friend Andy, who resides in Michigan. I first "met" Andy 5 years ago on the SOV Vermont Photography Forum. He took me under his wing, and has mentored me via email with Photoshop tutorials, and photo critiques of my work. I owe a lot to these 2 good friends and I would like to post a photo that I took of the two of them this morning, on a field in Irasburg VT.
Thanks guys for all of your support over the past several years. Today was a very special day that I will never forget.
